If you'v been training, here's a short list of bodybuilding fiction. Once you learn the truth about muscle fiction you will be able to accelerate your muscle building program with the Vince Delmonte Muscle Building Program.
To get a program to overcome the above muscle fiction get a prgraom from the Vince Delmonte No-Nonsense Body Building Program
1. 12 Rep rule
Most weight training programs include this much repetitions for gaining muscle. This approach places the muscles with not enough tension for effective muscle gain. High tension e.g. maximum gains in strength are done through heavy weights which provides muscle growth in which the muscle grows much larger. Having a longer tension time boosts the muscle size by generating the structures around the muscle fibers, improving endurance.
By just using the program of the standard 8 to 12 repititions all of the time, you do not generate the greater tension levels that is provided by the heavier weights and lesser reps, and the longer tension achieved with lighter weights and more repetitions. Change the number of reps and adjust the weights to stimulate all types of muscle growth.
2. Three Set rule
The truth is there’s nothing wrong with three sets but then again there is nothing amazing about it either. The number of sets you perform should not be based a half-century old rule but rather your goals. More repetitions you do on an exercise, the fewer sets you should do, and vice versa. This keeps the total number of repetitions done of an exercise equal.
3. Three to four exercises per group
The truth is this is a waste of time. Combined with twelve reps of three sets, the total number of reps amount to 144. If you are doing this much reps for a muscle group your not doing enough. Instead of doing many varieties of exercises, try doing 30 to 50 reps. That can be anywhere from 2 sets of 15 reps or 5 sets of 10 reps.
4. My knees, my toes
It is a gym folklore that you “should not let your knees go past your toes." You are likely to cause injury by leaning forward a little too much. Memphis University researchers in 2003 confirmed that knee stress was almost thirty percent higher when the knees are allowed to move beyond the toes during a squat.
Hip stress increased nearly 10 times or (1000 percent) when the forward movement of the knee was restricted. Because the squatters needed to lean their body forward and that forces the strain to transfer to the lower back.
Focus on your upper body position and less on the knee. When doing squats and lunges try keeping the torso in an upright position as much as possible. This means a reduction on the stress generated on the hips and back. To stay upright, before squatting, squeeze the shoulder blades together and hold them in that position; and then as you squat, keep the forearms 90 degree to the floor.
5. Lift weights, draw abs
The truth is the muscles work in groups to stabilize the spine, and the most important muscle group change depending on the type of exercise. The transverse abdominis isn't always the most important muscle group. For most exercise, the body automatically activates the muscle group that are needed most for support of the spine. If you focus only on the transverse abdominis, it can recruit wrong muscles and limit the right muscles. The chance of injury is increased, and reduces the weight that can be lifted.

Who is Vince DelMonte? Vince’s long road to becoming a skinny guy expert began in dream world, his high school name was “Skinny Vinny,” he dreamt of changing his physique from skinny to muscle mass.
As a teenager this seemed a farfetched dream, especially DelMonte’s background as a wire framed runner
When college came along Vince found himself mixing with well made guys who seemed genetically blessed with muscle building frames. Vince DelMonte did not even have a six pack; at his heaviest he could not even break the 150 lb barrier.
Although Vince lacked muscle mass he was extremely successful in his own right. As an excellent athlete he was built for running, he indeed ran for his university of Western Ontario. Vince was part of the Ontario track running team and was a member of the school cross country team for all four years of his college days. In stark addition he actually competed for Canada in triathlons.
Vince DelMonte was proud of his athletic achievements and rightly so, although he still continued in his search to get bigger and to gain that elusive six pack of rock hard abs. Vince then began his life long plan to get his body as ripped as he possibly could. In May 2002, Vince Del Monte ended his strong affiliation with running and no longer competed in track events.
Vince no longer had the burden of the athletic requirements of staying thin and light in order to run the events he did so well at in his younger years, he craved muscle gain.
After he graduated from university with a kinesiology, DelMonte began his first steps by becoming a personal fitness trainer. Vince DelMonte was certainly good at his job, he always dreamt of that large muscle mass frame which he dearly wanted, and that would go on to change his life forever.
During the first year of his famous transformation, DelMonte trained harder than he ever did before. By the Winter of that year Vince had gained a fair amount of rock hard muscle and those six pack abs were starting to show. His progress was certainly fast, but it soon slowed down to a stop. For the following two years Vince DelMonte struggled to add any more rock hard muscle to his athletic body.
Worse was yet to come, he began to get fat not muscle, the firm six pack of abs slowly diminished and his middle became weak, his diet started to fail and he like so many before him was slain by the dreaded pizza and a lifestyle of beer and nachos took over. When Jan 2005 came Vince soon realized that if he did not address his issues he would be known as fatty Vinny which seemed even worse than being skinny Vinny.
After some soul searching Vince DelMonte once again set out on his mission to create a body building physique that anyone would be proud of. In just 3 Months he worked his socks off and changed his body back to his 2002 physique. Vince was no longer able to to reach the 150 lbs mark although he was comfortable weighing 190 lbs.

He claims he works with Men’s Fitness Magazine, if he really does ?,they’re a reputable international magazine and wouldn’t employ anyone, unless they are a professional at what they do. I have looked into this and found it to be true ,he does contribute to Mens Fitness, so in my opinion he is a guy who knows what he is teaching.
I recently had a look at the Vince DelMonte fitness website it has the usual “before and after” photos showing him as a skinny weakling and how he became a fitness model national champion. Ok ,so his physique is great now ,but what proof do you have that he has used the same training principles as he teaches in his program.
