Workout on cardio machines are great way to burn your body fat and improving stamina and cardiovascular health. These exercises not only help to burn body fat fast it will also strengthen your heart and lungs and thus reducing your chances of getting high blood pressure, stroke and heart diseases. Regular cardio exercises can also reduce bad cholesterol and raise the level of good cholesterol.
But do you think you are getting the most benefits out of your cardio machine workouts? Are you getting the desired benefits out of your cardio workout routines?

Mistake like that will wear out your ankle and knee joints over some period of time. The best method is to take nice long, smooth and porposeful strides during your cardio exercise routine.
• Stationery Bike – When exercising on the stationery bike, do adjust the height of the seat to a comfortable level. I do not get why many users on stationery gikes adjust their seats either too high or too low. I mean, why be uncomfortable when exercising when you can be comfortable.
When you adjust your seat low, you can put too much strain on your spine and knees. If it would be too high, your butt will shake from side to side. So besides not getting the best from your cardio workout on the stationery bike because your body weight will be involved when you peddle, you will also look weird. That is so silly cardio workout mistake right?
Another common mistake is that I often see stationery bikers reading a book when exercising. That can tell you that they might be doing the exercise routines on very low intensity levels. Hey, howtell me how can a low cardio exercise routine help your heart and lung work effectively?
• Elliptical Trainer – This is also another bewildering common cardio workout mistake. You use the eliptical trainer machine to achieve good cardiovascular health and tone your body right? So why can you see many people using the eliptical trainer at high speed? So what is the mistake? The mistake can be that they have set the resistance level too low.
When you are not able to break out sweat, you probably are not getting the best out of your cardio exercise routines. You can see that there are no wonders why pwople are not losing weight, burning fat, improving hearth health even when they are exercising on regular basis?

Think you can’t lose weight? Any particular reason you think you can’t shed a few pounds? The fact is most people who are looking to lose a few pounds get set in the mind that they can’t lose weight. That there’s a magical force stopping them from losing weight.
Realty is that deep down they don’t really wanna lose any weight. They would be happy to simply carry on as they are. Yet they still tell themselves they would like to lose a few pounds but they can’t, or don’t know how.

Kinda like in a bar when there’s peanuts on the bar so you eat the salt, get thirsty and drink more. So, in conclusion to all this, the fact of the matter is you will lose weight by simply eating slightly less than you burn off. Can you do this on your own? I doubt it as the western worlds collective willpower is on the floor.

There are many web sites and articles out there that promise to reveal how to shed fat from your love handles. Sadly most of it’s just fluff & rubbish. Usually setup to try and sell you some expensive equipment or diet pills.
The main suspect in the exercise for love handles niche is the side bend. Grab a broom handle and hold it high, then bend from side to side. I wish! It would be nice if they actually worked.
They will not work if you are just targeting one particular area. Just doing one area will have no effect whatsoever 99% of the time. You’ll always get the smart ass telling you they do work. They will work if you incorporate them with an all round system.
Doing side bends as part of an all round workout will definitely get you success. If your workout is also part of an all round system you could double your results. It’s a well known (but ignored) fact that to lose weight you simply need to consume less energy than you burn off.
Energy consumption simply means what you eat. Burning energy off is done simply by activity or exercise. Exercise can be any form of activity that burns calories.
Could be any of these…walking, sex, swimming, jogging or even err … sex again! Any type of exercise is good for you. No exercise is bad for you. This is the reason people get fat. They eat calorie laden food and do little or no exercise.
You can exercise for your love handles all you want but if you ignore other areas you will simply get nowhere fast. I’m a naturally lazy person so I tend to go swimming a lot. It’s a great non impact all round exercise. If you can get to a swimming pool you should. It’s gentle and has great benefits for you.
I personally turn my nose up at jogging. I see no point in spending hours in pain and shortening the life of your knees. You know the guy who made jogging famous collapsed and died while out jogging? Ironically discovered by two smokers walking past.
If it’s time you took action on your weight & lifestyle you need to get an all round system that you can work with. If you’ve been fighting a losing (weight) battle you may be starting to think there’s something else to it and you just can’t lose weight.
I can say with confidence everyone can (if they want to) lose weight. It’s a matter of finding something that works for you, a system that you can lose weight with.
I once believed I couldn’t lose weight but then I was given an almighty wake up call by mother nature.
I used to be about fifteen pounds overweight most of the time. Then I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and at twenty seven years old. Shock, dismay, confusion, depression, I had it all.
I haven’t a clue how it all works but getting it made me realise my life now depends on being serious about losing some excess fat.
I’m a systems man at heart. Whatever I do if I can boil it down to a system, I will. Weight loss is no different.
A system is merely a set of rules you follow that should always bring you to the same end result. In your case here, getting your desired body.
The world we live in is built on systems. Most of our jobs use systems of some sort. It makes it easier for us to get the task done. So why not mould our weight loss regime into a system?
I’m a bit shy to admit just how much money I’ve wasted on crap diet products and gotten absolutely nowhere with them. Maybe by copying what I do you can save a lot of money and cut right to success.
After a lot of trial and error I found a system that works for me. One that allows me to plan my whole day beforehand and then I just follow the rules.
My system has a computer generated meal planner that cuts the stress out of deciding what I can and can’t eat. I have portions that don’t leave me hungry, which is rather important to me!
I used to get really stressed out planning a daily diet. Working out what was good or bad was becoming a nightmare. A couple of mouse clicks now and I’m good to go.
If you actually believe that you can’t lose weight maybe it’s time to try a system like mine. It’s a no stress join the dots kinda thing. You’ve got nothing to lose but a bit of fat.

Exercise for love handles, will I be in agony? Whether you are or not is based on how you do it, but it can be pain free.
Why we call those chubby lumps at our sides ‘love handles’ is a mystery to me. There’s not a lot to love about them.
The correct term for them is ‘obliques’, as they are at an angle to our bodies. The term oblique means slanting, or at an angle.
The majority of advice in the fitness game will be garbage like – eat healthily, balanced diet, exercise regularly – that sort of thing.
We know what we should do but we need to get rid of these love handles the easy way, without the hard work. Is there a way?
Well, let me say this, yes it’s possible to eat like you are now and lose your love handles but it will take an enormous amount of work.
The biggest hurdle you face is that while you exercise for love handles, you only rid yourself of yesterday’s fat. Today’s fat is making it’s way to love handle central.
If, and I say then tentatively, if you were to cut the crap food out you will find you can do far less exercise to maintain a great body.
It’s all about trade-off. How bad do you want to get rid of your love handles? Bad enough to change your lifestyle?
Or will you still eat like you do now and decide to do a lot more exercise. It’s your choice.
Let’s take side bends as an exercise for love handles. Continue on your junk food diet and do 200 side bends everyday just to maintain your love handles as they are. Or change your lifestyle and do 50 side bends to maintain no love handles at all.
You can see from the above example how it’s a trade off. Eating junk means more exercise, eating better means less exercise.
I’m inherently lazy, so I tend to go for the healthiest option that I can to minimise any exercise I have to do. I still do exercises for love handles but only to keep them at bay.
To wrap it up, it will indeed hurt if you have to do masses of exercise for love handles. Far better to minimise the exercise by altering your lifestyle a bit.

Maybe it’s time for a rethink if you think you can’t lose weight. I believe everyone can lose weight if they just use the right system for them. It’s not rocket science.
I once believed the same, that I can’t lose weight, and probably never will. I was totally wrong on that point.
I used to lose a pound and pile two on, an endless merry go round. I changed when I was struck with type 2 diabetes.
I blamed myself for being overweight and causing diabetes but the reality is I just don’t know if I contributed. I can tell you though it’s a frightening revelation to find that out.
27 years old and diabetic. But worse in my eyes was I had what was termed “age onset diabetes”, what older people get.
I knew the time was right for positive action. Time to really lose weight, no more talking, just doing. I view on life had to change.
Over the years I’ve tried everything from weightwatchers to ab crunchers. And some of the stuff has cost me a small fortune. I dread to think how much I’ve shelled out on diet ‘fads’.
I ended up using a step by step system that allows me to plan ahead. I can plan my meals and thankfully I don’t have to ration them.
I use a diet generator on my computer that makes it so easy to create my meal plans. I used to stress out trying to work out what to (safely) eat.
I was a chocolate victim. I ate far too much of it which is probably my number one reason for being overweight. Because of the diabetes the chocolate stopped overnight. To be honest I hardly miss it now.
If you are like I used to be and still think you can’t lose weight then you need a fresh outlook on things. You can, and will lose weight if you start right now believing you can.
Make the decision and you will not regret it. In the future you can look back and probably be embarrassed at how you believed you can’t lose weight.
I’m a bit OCD and like to have everything I do put into systems. I like to follow lists of instructions knowing that at the end I’ll get the result I expect. It’s no different with my weight loss and it could be the same for you.

I see my adult life as part one and part two. Although there is weight loss involved here it’s not why I see it in two parts.
In my case the before is (yes being overweight) before I was struck with diabetes. After is obviously the fall out after getting (and dealing with) it.
I knew I was carrying a bit of extra girth but I never thought 15 pounds or so was dangerously overweight for someone in my mid twenties.
I had tried to lose weight many times in the past but motivation was the key for me. Actually lack of motivation was the key for me. I just assumed I can’t lose weight.
I had tried to lose the weight before and when I tried hard it took for ever to shift. If I stopped for a little while it come piling back on in double quick time.
I suppose you could say getting diabetes is a disaster, maybe not a real disaster but with all the complications that come with it, it certainly seems to be a disaster.
It seemed I had to rid myself of any “can’t lose weight” thoughts and also rid myself of any excess weight. My health depended on it.
Just what was I gonna do? Up until now I believed I can’t lose weight. Now I’m faced with finding a system that works for me.
As I like to be a bit obsessive, I wanted something that I could follow step by step. Something that gave me a list of daily tasks that I could tick off one by one.
Depending on whether my daily tasks were certain exercise routines or planned meals I wanted to be able to tick off when they were done. I know I’m sticking to my system this way.
I found and tried all sorts of diets and contraptions. I read a lot of Ebooks and paper books but I didn’t feel fully comfortable with any of them.
I actually discovered a neat system that has a computer generated diet planner. Better still it doesn’t restrict my meal sizes! It takes all the stress out of planning the correct meals and diet.
I said I like to tick boxes as I go, well this system ticks all the right boxes for me. Was that a bit of a pun there?
I can tell you from my own experiences that you are most likely wrong if you are assuming you can’t lose weight. If you are yet to find a system that works for you then maybe that system is the one I’m using?
