Think you can’t lose weight? Any particular reason you think you can’t shed a few pounds? The fact is most people who are looking to lose a few pounds get set in the mind that they can’t lose weight. That there’s a magical force stopping them from losing weight.

I found Tom Venuto to be a very intriguing person. I wanted to do some research about him, mostly about if he actually ‘burned the fat’ and if he really was able to show me how to lose weight and get rid of some of my body fat.

Many people claim to be excellent ‘weight loss’ or ‘fat loss’ coaches but are fat themselves or they’re in good shape but don’t have the skills and knowledge to know how to teach the 4 different learning types of people out in the marketplace.

I learned that he was a world-renowned bodybuilder and weight loss coach after I did some digging about him. Regardless of his own education and experience in fitness training, the camera doesn’t lie when it comes to this area of expertise.

So this caught my attention as being practice what he preaches evidence.

There’s lots of buzz and talk in the marketplace and most of it’s good suggesting people are getting the results it promises. Especially when you’re talking about weight loss the most powerful evidence which allows someone to convince themselves the diet or workout system works are before and after photos of actual customers who’ve successfully used the system

I’m always a bit skeptical by nature and so once something I’m looking at proves itself after my thorough research, the creator did it, and lots of other people followed his/her path and methods to do it then it becomes real to me.

As you know there’s lots of hype and outright lies in the health and weight loss field. Unfortunately, there’s lots of snake oil salesman peddling the latest lotion or pill claiming if you just take this you’ll lose 20 pounds overnight just by sleeping.

I’m sure you’re saying rational person and so you know these claims are ridiculous and there’s no way you’d get shredded abs or peel 20 pounds of fat off your midsection by doing nothing. It’s going to require some kind of change if you going to get different results.

This diet will only work if you begin to eat foods with less calories that can easily be burnt off with exercise. The foods should also have more nutrients and be healthier, such as fruits and vegetables.

There are many web sites and articles out there that promise to reveal how to shed fat from your love handles. Sadly most of it’s just fluff & rubbish. Usually setup to try and sell you some expensive equipment or diet pills.

The main suspect in the exercise for love handles niche is the side bend. Grab a broom handle and hold it high, then bend from side to side. I wish! It would be nice if they actually worked.

They will not work if you are just targeting one particular area. Just doing one area will have no effect whatsoever 99% of the time. You’ll always get the smart ass telling you they do work. They will work if you incorporate them with an all round system.

Doing side bends as part of an all round workout will definitely get you success. If your workout is also part of an all round system you could double your results. It’s a well known (but ignored) fact that to lose weight you simply need to consume less energy than you burn off.

Energy consumption simply means what you eat. Burning energy off is done simply by activity or exercise. Exercise can be any form of activity that burns calories.

Could be any of these…walking, sex, swimming, jogging or even err … sex again! Any type of exercise is good for you. No exercise is bad for you. This is the reason people get fat. They eat calorie laden food and do little or no exercise.

You can exercise for your love handles all you want but if you ignore other areas you will simply get nowhere fast. I’m a naturally lazy person so I tend to go swimming a lot. It’s a great non impact all round exercise. If you can get to a swimming pool you should. It’s gentle and has great benefits for you.

I personally turn my nose up at jogging. I see no point in spending hours in pain and shortening the life of your knees. You know the guy who made jogging famous collapsed and died while out jogging? Ironically discovered by two smokers walking past.

If it’s time you took action on your weight & lifestyle you need to get an all round system that you can work with. Not some new fangled diet that won’t work but a system that will work long term and is gentle enough for you to keep at it. If you are working out to burn fat quickly, it is important to train hard in high intensity interval training, or HIIT, as well as with intervals and circuit training workout routines. The problem is knowing how hard should you push. There’s an art to discovering your perfect workout intensity for interval training.

Below, Are the Methods I Suggest if You Are Trying to Maximize Fat Loss or Increase Your Muscle Definition

Usually, I try to divide the strength training part of my workout from the fat loss part. For muscle definition, I recommend brief low volume strength training with heavy weights. This kind of exercise will give you defined, firm muscles. Strength training is usually the easy part. With any workout, the calorie burning, fat loss portion is the most intense and difficult. It is best to include an intense fat loss routine into your workout at least three times each week. You can use any method of circuit workout or strategic interval that you want, including HIIT and body weight circuits.

A Low Intensity Workout Doesn’t Create an “After Effect”

Most of the time when I’m at the gym, I don’t see people employing proper intensity with their fat loss workouts. If you’re taking a break until your next interval, a treadmill is fine – but otherwise, it’s a total waste of time. In all honesty, a low intensity cardio workout won’t burn enough calories to make any real impact on your physical appearance.

Too High of an Intensity Level Is a Negative As Well

If your workout is too hard and intense, you are very likely to “overcompensate” by resting more than normal after the workout. You need to pretend like your workout never happened without compensating with extra rest to get the best fat loss results. Working out hard and then sitting on the couch the rest of the day because you are tired, is not a good fat loss strategy.

Is Your Fat Loss Workout the Right Intensity?

Pay attention to what is called the “HGH Flush”. I forget who coined this term, but this is just an indicator of a good fat loss workout. If your skin is slightly red and hot to the touch and you are out of breath after your workout, then you have achieved the HGH flush. Do you recall your high school gym coach making you run laps and force you to keep going until you ran out of breath and you felt like you were on fire? Your body releases a higher amount of HGH, a fat burning hormone, than usual during this HGH flush, indicating that your metabolism is increased.

Operate on the “Edge” of Your Comfort Zone

A big mistake I see personal trainers making with their clients is pushing them too hard too soon. Once, I was told that I was going to get a workout designed to ‘kill me’ by a personal trainer. Um…no thanks. This workout intensity is usually referred to the ’sweet spot’. As you get in shape, you can gradually push yourself harder. If you are forced to overcompensate with more rest than normal, then back off a bit your next workout.
