Many of us guys have this vision of being able to build muscle fast. We imagine how we would look and how others would look at us as we walk down the street, muscles bulging out of our shirts. The thing is that for many of us, this will just stay as a dream.
Trying to copy the training methods of the professional bodybuilders is a complete waste of time for the majority of us. It has taken a lot of years for them to build up to their present training levels. They also have superior genetics compared to the rest of us. Let's not forget the help that some of them get from "Mr Needle".
A lot of us spend a lot of money on training gadgets, rarely used gym memberships, and the latest muscle supplements, which are going to magically grow muscle on our bodies. Unfortunately for the most of us, muscle growth is not something that we end up with.
If fast muscle gain is your goal then you will need to know a few things. An important issue is what exercises you are using at present. If your training consists of spending a couple of hours in a gym doing exercises that target small muscles, then you will never build any serious muscle.
If you find yourself working out 4-5 times a week, you will struggle to gain muscle
You may think that you eat a lot, but you’d be surprised how little you actually do eat. Try writing down how many calories you are consuming each day. Do this for 7 days and see what results you get. Also work out which foods you are getting these calories from. You will probably need to up your calorie intake
If you want to build muscle fast you need to train big, eat big, and get more rest.
If you were to focus your efforts on just the squat and the dead lift for a couple of months, you'd be amazed at the amount of muscle you would put on. These two exercises will give you the most bang for your buck. Have you ever seen anyone with big muscular legs, who has skinny arms and a scrawny chest? No because the legs are your biggest muscles. When these are targeted, so is everything else.
We can't train with the same frequency as professional bodybuilders. Our bodies don't have the ability to recover as quick from a training session. If you try to train every other day, your body doesn't have the time that it needs to recover. How can you build muscle when no recovery from the previous session has taken place? Never train more than 3 times a week, twice a week would be even better. Keep in mind that growth takes place while you are resting.
Follow the principles outlined here and you cannot fail to build muscle fast

Muscle building is a phrase that conjures a thousand pictures in people minds, but what exactly is it? This activity is defined as body building. Both professional bodybuilders and amateurs who are just starting out will soon develop those solid, toned muscles that everyone longs for. How do you achieve the standards needed and what would be the criteria that you can use to get the best possible result? There are basically two steps to an effective body building program, the first is weight training and second through the use of proper nutrition.
No Nonsense Muscle Building Review
Weight lifting is the first element of a successful body building program. It is important to possess physical strength and endurance to perform weight lifting exercises, which often involve the use of machines and equipments that are specially designed to stimulate the necessary body parts. While weight lifting is often linked to athletic purposes, it is good to note that they do include those that are using it for other purposes as well. It is very helpful in assisting the body to recover after a serious injury while building an attractive physique at the same time. Due to its miraculous health benefits, it is a good idea to incorporate it into a health and recuperation program.
Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle Review
A good diet and nutrition is essential to ensure that you get the best out of your body building program. Those who do train for body building competitions will need a lot of protein introduced into their daily diet. Keep in mind that carbohydrates are the main energy source of the body and they are mainly taken from complex sources. Remember to include foods that are rich in carbohydrates such as brown rice, sweet potato and oatmeal. Fiber is very important in your diet as it helps facilitate the easy digestion of consumed food and helps expel toxins from the body.
Remember to consume enough water to avoid the reduction in your muscle mass because of dehydration. One good habit you can develop is to drink water before and after every session at the gym. Drinking water anytime you feel like it, especially between exercises to help replenish the water lost through sweating. To prevent the risk of injury to tendons and ligaments, you could hire a training instructor to help you develop the right lifting habits necessary for long term success of your body building efforts.

There is much advice floating around both on and offline about how to build muscle fast. As a personal trainer myself here are a few little known facts and secrets that I personally consider worth your while contemplating on your quest to build muscle mass:
I often hear that you should train each muscle group just once a week. Whilst this may be provide optimal progress for extremely hardgainers it is not true for the vast majority of people. You only improve at something if you practice a lot, once a week in my opinion is not enough, twice a week is more like it for each muscle group. Muscle groups should be hit at least twice a week, no less. In a perfect world you should try to go a month or two where you push your body hard and near overtraining and then a month or two where you near undertraining. This provides times when there is a lot of stress for the body to handle and other times when the body has more time to recover and build momentum for another push. This technique will help you avoid training plateaus.
Ensure that your training sessions don’t exceed 45 minutes. If you deem that time limit to short then possibly your routine is too lengthy or you are not remaining focused and intense in your workout efforts. Focussing on intensity and quality should ensure that 45 mins is more than enough time. If your workouts last longer then this then testosterone levels drop dramatically due to the increased production of cortisol which actually causes the body to eat muscle tissue and store fat. precisely the reverse of what we need.
In an ideal world you should put your training sessions in to cycles. after a while your body adapts to a routine so that it no longer stimulates growth. Vary your routine before your gains start to diminsh. You should also avoid switching your routine too often. Doing so could confuse your bodies muscles overly so and stop it working its way into a nice groove.
If you use the wrong exercises you are unlikely ever to make big gains. The classic time proven muscle building exercises are the multi-joint exercises otherwise known as compound exercises. The number one exercises being: bench presses, rows, squats, pull ups, shoulder presses plus any exercise that moves your entire body through air ie, not just moving individual limbs. If you use these exercises, with a few of their variations and correct muscle building nutrition then you can’t help but stimulate muscle mass growth. With those guidelines in mind, go pump some iron, eat correctly and get huge.

Even the most casual weightlifters are serious about getting real results when it comes to building muscle fast. A lot of people are interested in improving their health, others their self-esteem, and most people just want to look better in general. The unfortunate story is however, that even though people start out with great dedication on a weightlifting program, most simply throw in the towel because they do not see the results they’re after. In case you are one of these people, don’t throw in the towel just yet. Believe it or not, changing your techniques that you utilize even slightly can have a huge impact on the results that you do or do not get. It goes without saying that coaching from an experienced weightlifter who has been through what you’ve gone through makes a tremendous difference. Your entire goal is to create lean muscle mass and to lose excess fat. How you do this depends on each individual person. But there are key guidelines everyone should follow.
Today, there are two schools of thought when it comes to trying to pack on muscle as quickly as possible. Conventional wisdom in the bodybuilding world advises using strategies most often pushed by popular weightlifting magazines. But some young, less-established weight lifting coaches are starting to espouse some completely different ideas instead. The popular body building magazines would have you utilize expensive gym equipment and pump your body full of usually unnecessary supplement and “nutritional” items of dubious value. If you’re not getting the results you want based on the timeworn advice given by more traditional weightlifting coaches, it might not hurt to try out some of the newer ideas in the bodybuilding world.
But let’s now quickly cover some of the advice you might receive from some of the newer forward-thinking bodybuilding experts. It is no surprise if you are somewhat skeptical about these new concepts, but don’t be too quick to dismiss them if you haven’t gotten the results that you’ve wanted in your own regimen. You may very well be shocked at the massive muscle you pack on by using these admittedly unfamiliar ideas. One time-tested piece of advice to throw out is that cookie-cutter formula of 3 sets of ten reps. It’s much too generalized for the real world, and usually doesn’t give you measurable results. Instead, you want to shoot for outputting the greatest amount of work at the highest intensity you can maintain, in a minimum amount of time.
But bear in mind that the highest intensity of work does not always equate to lifting the maximum amount of weight for each exercise. You’re looking for intensity, not simply a one-rep max measurement. Now, when it comes to the ten repetitions, the simple fact of the matter is that if you’re able to lift some weight for 10 repetitions, that weight is too light to do any good. On the other hand, doing three sets of any exercise is usually two too many. If you’re working on at a high enough intensity, you won’t be able to do 3 sets. Trying to carry out the full range of motion for exercises that you do will set back your progress immensely. It’s no secret that muscles are strongest in only a very limited certain range of motion. You want to stay in that limited range of motion to increase your muscle size and strength gains. If you’ve never heard of or done static contraction or isometric training, you might be in for a surprise.
Does this all sound like a joke? If you’re getting the results you want, feel free to ignore this article. However, utilizing even a few of these novel and revolutionary ideas just may shock you by packing on muscle on your body. As an added benefit, you probably only need to work out about a fraction of the amount of time you work out now. Picture going to the gym only 1 hour a week instead of 10 hours, but getting better results.

We all know the situation. We want to workout and improve our body, for the reasons of looking better as well as getting healthier.
At the same time, we’re short on time, we live hectic lives and we don’t want to wait years to see results. We just need a good build muscle workout.
That’s why you need these great how to build muscle quick tips.
They will have you seeing fantastic muscle building results in no time at all.
The bottom line is we all don’t have hours to spend in the gym. We want to build muscle quick and then get on with the rest of our lives.
If you want to get this done you will need to rethink the way you use your time at the gym.
If your boss gave you 10 responsibilities in order of importance, would you rather take care of the top 3 or 4 or would you rather pick away at numbers 8-10? Unwittingly, a lot of guys in the gym are doing just that when it comes to their bodies.
You must use the right exercises that will stimulate the best results and most guys simply don’t do that.
If you give someone an hour to spend at the gmy they are most likely to spend that hour doing biceps curls.
They’ll probably go for a pair that’s too heavy that they need to cheat to use too, but that’s besides the point.
This resembles going for the least imprortant tasks of the day first, instead of compleating the important ones first.
You’re not going to be very successful at your job doing that, so why do that at the gym?
The reason why a bicep curl ranks as a low priority is because it is only hitting one muscle group at a time. This will not help you learn how to get big muscles.
Additionally, biceps curls are aimed towards a small muscle area, you see, your arm is a lot smaller than other areas in your body.
Therefore you’re not using your time efficiently and you’re not going after the most important muscles.
You want to wokr those big muscle groups, while you are working out at the gym. These include your back muscles, your legs and your chest.
While you perform exercises for those major muscle groups, you infact contribute to the muscle growth of other muscles as well, all over your body.
You’ll be doing this by releasing more hormones such as testosterone from the increased workload.
You’ll also be doing this because many of these exercises work your smaller muscles secondarily.
As an example, pull-ups are an exercise that will work your back, and in the same time your biceps will work too.
Performing squats is going after your quadriceps and butt, but your lower back and abs are also hit.
When you start choosing better exercises, you’ll see that you have to spend much less time in the gym because you’re doing more at once, and what you are doing is counting for much more as well.
The results will speak for themselves, and you’ll see how easy it is to build muscle quick. Don’t waste your time with the wrong exercises any longer.

If you'v been training, here's a short list of bodybuilding fiction. Once you learn the truth about muscle fiction you will be able to accelerate your muscle building program with the Vince Delmonte Muscle Building Program.
To get a program to overcome the above muscle fiction get a prgraom from the Vince Delmonte No-Nonsense Body Building Program
1. 12 Rep rule
Most weight training programs include this much repetitions for gaining muscle. This approach places the muscles with not enough tension for effective muscle gain. High tension e.g. maximum gains in strength are done through heavy weights which provides muscle growth in which the muscle grows much larger. Having a longer tension time boosts the muscle size by generating the structures around the muscle fibers, improving endurance.
By just using the program of the standard 8 to 12 repititions all of the time, you do not generate the greater tension levels that is provided by the heavier weights and lesser reps, and the longer tension achieved with lighter weights and more repetitions. Change the number of reps and adjust the weights to stimulate all types of muscle growth.
2. Three Set rule
The truth is there’s nothing wrong with three sets but then again there is nothing amazing about it either. The number of sets you perform should not be based a half-century old rule but rather your goals. More repetitions you do on an exercise, the fewer sets you should do, and vice versa. This keeps the total number of repetitions done of an exercise equal.
3. Three to four exercises per group
The truth is this is a waste of time. Combined with twelve reps of three sets, the total number of reps amount to 144. If you are doing this much reps for a muscle group your not doing enough. Instead of doing many varieties of exercises, try doing 30 to 50 reps. That can be anywhere from 2 sets of 15 reps or 5 sets of 10 reps.
4. My knees, my toes
It is a gym folklore that you “should not let your knees go past your toes." You are likely to cause injury by leaning forward a little too much. Memphis University researchers in 2003 confirmed that knee stress was almost thirty percent higher when the knees are allowed to move beyond the toes during a squat.
Hip stress increased nearly 10 times or (1000 percent) when the forward movement of the knee was restricted. Because the squatters needed to lean their body forward and that forces the strain to transfer to the lower back.
Focus on your upper body position and less on the knee. When doing squats and lunges try keeping the torso in an upright position as much as possible. This means a reduction on the stress generated on the hips and back. To stay upright, before squatting, squeeze the shoulder blades together and hold them in that position; and then as you squat, keep the forearms 90 degree to the floor.
5. Lift weights, draw abs
The truth is the muscles work in groups to stabilize the spine, and the most important muscle group change depending on the type of exercise. The transverse abdominis isn't always the most important muscle group. For most exercise, the body automatically activates the muscle group that are needed most for support of the spine. If you focus only on the transverse abdominis, it can recruit wrong muscles and limit the right muscles. The chance of injury is increased, and reduces the weight that can be lifted.

Be A Man of Fitness
Fitness is the essence of a man. Fitness is the ability of a person to do his normal everyday tasks with full alertness and vigor without worrying about fatigue afterward and with extra energy in reserve which can be useful when emergencies arise or during leisure and recreation. Overall fitness must be the primary goal every man must try to achieve. In fitness, no one is ever too young or too old for improvement. And one of the main things that Men love to get is that ever elusive six pack. Here is one of the programs that you can get to rock hard abs – Beyond Six Pack Abs
One’s fitness can be improved by ngaging in aerobic exercises and through strength training. There are three components of overall fitness that every man must focus on working out in order to be in healthy, tip-top shape. These are cardiovascular work, strength training and of course, these should be coupled with a healthy diet.
Staying strong by building muscles. Man’s fitness regimen should include a work out routine which aims to build the muscles. Aging results in a decrease in muscle mass of five to seven pounds (2-3.2 kgs) of muscle for every ten years in one's adult life given that he lives an in-active lifestyle. Truly, the saying "use it or lose it" is very applicable to the muscles. Fortunately, there is a good solution to this. Loss of muscle mass can be replaced by engaiging in strength training.
Improvement of Man’s fitness by cardiovascular work out. Flexibility exercises, strength training and cardiovascular work out surely help boost a man's fitness and should be part of a man's work out scheme. But of all these, cardiovascular work is the most necessary. Exercises under cardiovascular work conditions and develops the cardiovascular system and also works out the large muscle groups.
Thus if a man does not have much time for working out, devoting whatever free time he might have to aerobic exercises would do him fine. He might have to pass out on developing those biceps but so long as cardiovascular work out exercises are done, then the blood pressure, heart and cholesterol levels will be fine to keep you staying happy and healthy.
The essence of nutrition to man’s fitness. It is best as well as well recommended to eat whole and natural foods frequently than do it on large amounts in one to three sittings. Always keep variety in mind when doing the shopping. This will ensure that one is getting most if not all of the nutrients and minerals needed by the body to keep fit and healthy. Always keep the three important macronutreints in the diet; these are fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Prioritize proteins though over carbohydrates but never exclude any one of the three on some fad diet.
Some tips in keeping a man’s fitness level high, efficient and safe:
1.) Drink quite a lot of water all through out the day, especially when working out.
2.) Do exercises properly using the correct techniques, whether it is weight lifting or aerobic exercises. Always read and understand, and follow of course, the instructions outlined by the personal trainer.
3.) Ensure there is always a spotter when lifting weights.
4.) Challenge the muscles, but make sure that it’s kept safe.
5.) Stretch, warm-up prior to working out and cool-down gradually after sessions.
6.) Check the equipment for safety before using them.
7.) It is better to do less than overdo the whole thing. Overtraining will exhaust enthusiasm and kill performance.

With so many conflicting theories out there, it can be hard to develop your own personal workout routine. It is often hard to know where to start your muscle building efforts.
Something not to be overlooked is what not to do. Here are some factors that can delay or stall your muscle building progress:
1. Letting your body get bored.
When it comes to exercising and building muscle, what worked for you in the beginning may not work for you now.
Your body is a remarkably efficient machine: doing the same workout causes your body to become used to it. It is much less work to execute moves you’ve done over and over. Once that happens, it uses fewer calories to complete the exercises, making the workout much less effective.
Doing the same workout time after time sabotages your efforts to build muscle. To overcome this difficulty, add variation and more intensity into your workouts. You have to make a constant effort to challenge your body so it has to work just as hard. A side benefit is that you are always changing your workouts, meaning you won’t get bored. Think about the no nonsense muscle building review trend to get ideas on how to vary your workouts for maximum effect.
2. Exercising too much.
Working out everyday can also hurt your muscle building efforts. Since muscle repairs itself and develops during rest periods, it is vital to build some into your workout routine. Two or three rest days per week should be sufficient to allow your muscles to do their work.
Muscle fatigue and injury are other problems that will cause you to build muscle much more slowly. To avoid this, work different muscle groups during each workout. Try working on your arms and back one day and your legs and abs the next. This will allow muscle to grow. Look at the warp speed fat loss review class for effective ways to deal with exercise frequency for maximum results.
3. Quitting.
Each person is built differently, and some people’s genetics make muscle building a very challenging endeavor. However, quitting because you are not seeing results fast enough is a huge mistake.
If you feel discouraged at your progress thus far, it is a good time to look at your routine. What can you do to change it? Should you add some intensity? Are you resting enough? Do you use supersets or compound moves? It may be that you simply need to stick with it a little longer in order to start seeing results.
Whatever the cause of your stagnation, don’t quit. If something is not working, change it. But don’t stop; it will only put you back where you started and you won’t have the body you want. For ideas on taking control of your diet think about the fat loss revealed plan.
