In order to get big muscle mass, you have to workout hard, fuel the growth and then allow your body to recover. Then you workout again, but harder, fuel the growth and then recover again.  It doesn’t sound like rocket size I’ll admit, but each of the 3 stages has to be done right, and that is the key to significant growth!

How many people go to the gym, pump the weights and then expect rippling muscles without changing their diet or thinking about allowing their muscles the right environment for growth and recovery?

It’s no good just working out with weights?  Your workouts should be consistently getting harder with you lifting more weight.  The intensity of your workouts has to be high to stress your muscles sufficiently, you have to progressively overload your muscles each time you workout.

You have to know how to eat to fuel your muscle growth and how to eat to help them repair and recover.  The quicker you recover, the more often you can workout and therefore the muscle you can build.

I didn’t really understand any of this until I bought his program.  Now I understand how to workout, when to eat (crucial by the way) and what to eat.  I know how much weight to lify and how many reps and sets to do.  I know which lifting exercises to do to best target each muscle group.  I know the benefits of anorobic exercice versus aerobic so I can burn more fat without destroying muscle growth.

I basically understand the whole genetic process and principles of building muscle quickly and burning fat thanks to Vince’s program.

Oh and I should say as well, this muscle building program is not just for serious bodybuilders.  There are programs for people for me who just want to build a reasonable amount of muscle and a flat stomach.  There is also a specific shaping program for women.  There is literally something for everyone.
